Amber - A Bead that Holds a Piece of History

Amber - A Bead that Holds a Piece of History

Amber, oh Amber! This one-of-a-kind rock has a story that will leave you in awe. Do you know where it comes from? Trees! Millions of years ago, when a tree was hurt or damaged, tree sap would flow out as a protective measure. This sap would then surround tiny insects or plants, and over time, it would harden into the stunning rock we call Amber.  Amber is one of our biogenic gemstones - a gemstone of biological origin, created through natural biological processes rather than geologic processes.

It's truly incredible to think about the journey that Amber has been on. The tree sap flowed out to protect the tree and help it heal, acting like a bandage. And over time, the sap hardened and preserved whatever was trapped inside. This is how the tiny creatures or plants ended up frozen in time, waiting to be discovered in Amber.

Every time I look at Amber, I feel like I'm traveling back in time. It's like having a window into the past, where I can see a frozen world of secrets waiting to be uncovered. It's simply amazing!

If you haven't already, I highly recommend getting your hands on a piece of Amber. It's a beautiful and unique piece of nature that you can carry with you, always reminding you of the incredible journey it has been on. I can guarantee that you won't regret it!
